1. الخدمات

تقدم GOFORVISA خدمات المساعدة في إجراءات التأشيرات، وتشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• الاستشارات المتعلقة بالتأشيرات.
• إعداد وتجهيز ملفات طلبات التأشيرة.
• مراجعة الوثائق والمستندات.
• خدمات الترجمة.
• تأمين السفر.
• حجوزات الفنادق.
• حجوزات تذاكر الطيران.
• خدمات الدعم والإرشاد المتعلقة بالسفر.

لا يضمن تقديم الطلب أو الاستفادة من خدماتنا الحصول على التأشيرة، إذ يبقى القرار النهائي من اختصاص السفارة أو القنصلية أو سلطة الهجرة المختصة.

2. مسؤوليات المستخدم

يوافق المستخدم على ما يلي:

• تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة.
• تقديم وثائق أصلية وسارية المفعول.
• الاستجابة لطلبات المعلومات أو الوثائق الإضافية في الوقت المناسب.
• الالتزام بجميع قوانين ولوائح الهجرة والتأشيرات المعمول بها.

3. الرسوم وطرق الدفع

• يجب سداد رسوم الاستشارة أو الخدمة قبل بدء تنفيذها، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.
• رسوم الاستشارات غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد تقديم الاستشارة.
• الرسوم الحكومية، ورسوم السفارات، ورسوم البصمات، ورسوم الترجمة، ورسوم الجهات الخارجية لا تدخل ضمن رسوم خدمات GOFORVISA إلا إذا تم التصريح بذلك بشكل واضح.

4. عدم ضمان الحصول على التأشيرة

تقدم GOFORVISA المساعدة في إعداد وتجهيز ملفات التأشيرة، لكنها لا تضمن الموافقة على طلب التأشيرة. ويعود قرار القبول أو الرفض حصريًا إلى السفارة أو القنصلية أو سلطة الهجرة المختصة.

5. الإلغاء واسترداد الرسوم

يخضع استرداد الرسوم لسياسة الاسترجاع المعتمدة لدى الشركة. أما الخدمات التي تم تنفيذها بالفعل فلا تكون رسومها قابلة للاسترداد.

6. الخصوصية

تتم معالجة المعلومات الشخصية وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بـ GOFORVISA، وتُستخدم فقط لتقديم الخدمات المطلوبة.

7. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمل GOFORVISA أي مسؤولية عن:

• رفض طلبات التأشيرة.
• التأخير الناتج عن السفارات أو القنصليات أو الجهات الحكومية.
• أي تغييرات في قوانين أو سياسات الهجرة والتأشيرات.
• المعلومات أو الوثائق غير الصحيحة أو غير الكاملة التي يقدمها مقدم الطلب.

8. تعديل شروط الاستخدام

تحتفظ GOFORVISA بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث شروط الاستخدام في أي وقت. وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة، ويعتبر استمرار استخدام الموقع موافقة على التعديلات.

• Responding to requests for additional information or documents in a timely manner.

3. Fees and Payment Methods

• Consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation has been provided.
• Government fees, embassy fees, biometric fees, translation fees, and third-party fees are not included in GOFORVISA's service fees unless clearly stated.

4. No Guarantee of Obtaining a Visa

GOFORVISA provides assistance in preparing and organizing visa files, but does not guarantee the approval of the visa application. The decision to accept or reject lies exclusively with the embassy, consulate, or competent immigration authority.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds are subject to the company's approved return policy. Services that have already been executed are non-refundable.

6. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with GOFORVISA's privacy policy and is used only to provide the requested services.

7. Limitation of Liability

GOFORVISA assumes no responsibility for:

• Rejection of visa applications.
• Delays resulting from embassies, consulates, or government agencies.

4. Absence de garantie d'obtention du visa

GOFORVISA fournit une assistance pour la préparation et l'organisation des dossiers de visa, mais ne garantit pas l'approbation de la demande de visa. La décision d'acceptation ou de refus incombe exclusivement à l'ambassade, au consulat ou à l'autorité d'immigration compétente.

5. Annulation et remboursement

Le remboursement des frais est soumis à la politique de retour approuvée par l'entreprise. Les services déjà exécutés ne sont pas remboursables.

6. Confidentialité
